Sealed System Design

From initial concept the Cooling System is designed to provide efficient cooling. With our Sealed Systems we can maintain "Day One" cooling. Scale and Corrosion in the Clients Plant is avoided thus maintaining high cooling efficiency. No need for water treatment chemicals other than Glycol for Frost protection. Water loss is nil in these sealed systems.

Open Cooling Systems

With Open Cooling Systems such as Cooling Towers and Once Through water we endeavour to maintain cooling efficiency. 

Heat Recovery

Most Cooling systems discharge valuable heat to atmosphere. This heat can be re-used as low grade heat for heating Workshops. Thus Oil , Gas and electricity can be saved. Pay back, in most instances, can be less than 12 months.

Free Chilling

Chilled water is provide at high energy cost to run the Compressors in the Chiller package. For 30-40% of the year the wet bulb outside air temperature is less than 11C. By modulating water from the Condenser cooling circuit direct to the Clients Process " Free Chilled Water " can be provided. This will save the high cost of power during the colder nights and winter time SERVICES Keep the same but add Plate Heat Ex Cleaning.
